LOL PATCH NOTES 25.06
Patch 25.06 of League of Legends, scheduled to hit live servers on March 19, 2025, arrives with a mix of balance adjustments, Client improvements, and Great updates for the community. This patch continues Riot Games' simplified nomenclature shift (from 25.S1.X to 25.XX) and focuses on keeping the competitive meta fresh ahead of major events like the First Stand.
Among the highlights are buffs and nerfs to key champions, adjustments to systems like Anti-Lane Swap, and the return of the beloved "Your Shop" feature. Additionally, Naafiri receives a mid-scope update to revitalize her gameplay, while technical enhancements to the client aim to optimize the experience for all players. Here are the details!

Client Changes
Hextech Chests of Honor:
- Introduction of 2 additional Hextech Chests through the Honor system, available starting with this patch (previously announced in 25.05). These chests replace previous benefits like free battle pass skins and align with those earned via Champion Mastery, with a cap of up to 60 per year.
Honor Token Conversion:
- Any remaining Honor 5 tokens in the loot inventory will be converted to 1050 Orange Essence at the start of this patch, adjusting the reward system to better reflect recent player behavior.
Performance Adjustments:
- Improvements to client load times, especially on low-spec devices, based on previous seasonal updates. The patch number displayed in the bottom right corner of the client has been updated to reflect the new seasonal nomenclature (25.06), with an option in general settings to display the old number (useful for TFT-only players). The obsolete option "Close League client as needed" has been removed, while retaining the option to close the client during matches to optimize performance on end-game screens.
Minor Fixes:
- Interface adjustments to reflect changes in maps like Noxus (enhancing aesthetics with more foliage) and bug fixes inherited from previous patches.
Return of "Your Shop":
- The "Your Shop" feature, offering personalized discounts on champions and skins based on a player’s game history, returns in this patch after its absence in recent patches due to Hextech chest controversies. This highly anticipated comeback, expected mid-March 2025, has been warmly welcomed by the community and aims to enhance the game’s reward experience.
