VERSION 3.14

New Training – Spacing Melee [BETA]

Melee champs haven’t had much love — until now!

This new training focuses on maintaining proper spacing in a melee matchup.

Introducing the NEW TAILORED ROUTINES!

This is a feature we've been working on for a long time — and it's finally here!

  • When launching the app, you’ll be asked for your Main Role so we can recommend relevant trainings. For now, the impact is limited, but it will grow as we release the new trainings we're cooking up.
  • You’ll also choose your commitment level to the routine. Short on time? Want to go all-in? The routine adapts to your preferred number of daily trainings.
  • You’ll be asked about your current League Division, which sets the initial training levels (not evaluations).
  • You can now decide whether to include Survival trainings in your routine.
  • Many of you requested this, since they made the sessions longer.

New Performance Evaluation Method

You’ll now be evaluated through a custom Evaluation Routine that runs before each new Weekly Routine.

It includes:

  • Microgame-style trainings tailored to your Role.
  • The first time, your evaluation will include tryouts in Training mode and then Survival mode.
  • After the first time, only Survival trainings will appear in the evaluation routine.
  • Performance is calculated only from Survival results, giving a more accurate reflection of your true level.

A much clearer and more visual way to understand your progress.

New Routine Generation Algorithm

  • Training selection has been improved to reduce repetition and increase variety on generic training days.
  • Logic for both skill-specific and general routines has been refined.
  • The system now distributes training days more precisely based on your performance — and may add extra days if it detects imbalanced skills.

For example, if two of your skills are significantly weaker, it may add extra days focused on them.

Automatic Training Levels

  • Trainings now start at a difficulty adapted to your Evaluation performance.
  • If the training involves multiple skills, it uses the average performance between them.
  • If your scores are especially high or low, the system will auto-adjust the level to keep you challenged appropriately.

Levelling Updates

Adjusted Dodge-Related Trainings Levelling

Changes:

  • Added new abilities to dodge: Ekko Q, Lux R, Caitlyn Q
  • Adjusted: Xerath (Q) now only appears on higher levels

Available in:

  • Dodge Microgame
  • Aim + Dodge Microgame Pro
  • Shootvival Microgame Pro

Defensive Kiting Microgame

  • Progression adjusted so the difficulty curve hits earlier.

Auto-Spacing Microgame

  • Early levels now require fewer autoattacks to defeat the enemy.

Ranking Resets

Due to the new levellings of the trainings the following rankings are reseted:

  • Dodge Microgame
  • Shootvival Microgame Pro
  • Aim + Dodge Microgame Pro
  • Kiting Microgame

New Recording System [BETA]

To make it easier to share your sessions with friends (or with us!), we’ve added a new option to save your training replays.

  • Enable it on the loading screen.
  • At the end of the training, you’ll be able to save your video automatically to: User/Documents/SkillGap/Replays

We're currently testing performance. Later on, we’ll let you customize directory, quality, and more.

Please try it out and let us know if there are performance issues or if recordings don’t come out smoothly!

Other Quality of Life Improvements

  • Added a button to swap summoner spell keys in game— makes customizing your setup easier.
  • New option: Enable Mouse Button Drag Scroll, to move the camera with your mouse (as requested by several users). Find it under Settings → Controls → Camera Control.
  • Added a “cooldown flash” effect to the ability UI when spells come off cooldown — like in League.
  • Shortened Ekko's death animation.
  • You can now add your Riot username to your account. It won’t matter much yet — but it will when we start generating performance reports!
  • Added FPS Panel — Press Alt + F to activate it, just like in League.
