OUR TRAINING METHODOLOGY

Performance in videogames, soccer, F1, and every other discipline is multifactorial. Many factors can influence improvement. Our long-term goal is to cover all training needs by developing a fully holistic tool, but we decided to start with microgame and cognitive training in an integrated way.

The methodology we use (and that is also used in the sports/motor world) is called LEVELS OF APPROACH.

DECISION MAKING AND AWERENESS

Cognitive

These tasks improve cognitive and perceptual abilities related to a specific mechanic.

Example: AIM and Reaction Mechanics

Reaction Speed: Developed through constant right-clicking.

Hand–Eye Coordination: Practiced by targeting orange balls with ability keys.

Visual Amplitude: Trained by monitoring the minimap to avoid red balls.

Multitasking: Developed by performing all these actions simultaneously.

FOCUS ON ONE SKILL AT A TIME

Isolated

The goal is to optimize a single mechanic through isolated, repetitive practice.

The Two-Step Improvement Process

Automation: Like athletes, we isolate a specific movement and use repetition to make it second nature.

Optimization: We push that mechanic beyond standard game demands. Each task features 10 difficulty levels; the highest levels are significantly harder than a typical League of Legends match.

The actual game will feel easier and your performance more fluid.

TRANSFER SKILLS INTO REAL GAMES

Combined

The final level focuses on contextual optimization. COMBINED tasks bridge the gap to real gameplay by integrating mechanics into a high-specificity environment.

Real-Game Context: We simulate the complexity of a live match, moving away from isolated drills toward true-to-game scenarios.

Simultaneous Mastery: You learn to manage multiple systems at once, such as AIM, DODGE, and KITING in a single exercise.

High-Pressure: From repetition to integrated practice, ensure you are prepared for the intense multitasking required during a match.

We progress from less specific training tasks to those most similar to the game—that is the purpose of the LEVELS OF APPROACH. It is the same methodology used in the sports/motor world to improve a technical ability.

Just as soccer players performs training tasks to improve their shooting, passing or heading skills, video game players should improve their dodge, aim, spacing, etc.

  • AIM + MAP TRAINING

    In this warm up task, you will work on improving your precision and speed with the mouse, your hand - eye coordination with the keyboard, and your visual range.
